Advanced Caregiver
This program is designed to prepare caregivers for advanced methods to assist the elderly, disabled and chronically ill persons living at home. Students will learn to enhance communication skills, protect privacy and maintain a healthy environment. Students will also learn to recognize physical, emotional and developmental characteristics of the clients served.
Length of Program: 30 hours
Schedule: Evening M-F (6pm - 10pm)
Daytime and Weekends Th, F, Sa (8:30am - 4pm)
Weekends Sa Sun (8:30am - 4pm)
Format: Self-pace Online Theory and In-person Skills
